Our Head of People supports our founders in building strong teams, designing the right culture and going through the day to day dilemmas of building healthy, resilient companies that scale. We pride ourselves in being both a sounding board and a learning resource for growth and development for People Leaders across our portfolio.

Our Marketing & Communications specialists focus on helping our companies in all their customer-facing endeavors. From crafting the messaging that stands out in a saturated market, to spearheading PR campaigns, to rebranding at a growth stage, we provide the knowledge base and hands-on advice across the most burning marketing pain points of the startup journey.

Our Value Creation and Strategic Partnerships team is geared at accelerating our companies’ growth. We leverage Pitango’s network (including strategic LPs and other partners) to facilitate new client acquisition, help companies enter new markets, and establish valuable business collaborations. We deliver value to both our portfolio companies and our investors by creating business opportunities with global corporations, and connecting potential clients and partners across verticals.

Our Legal Counsel supports management in navigating the diverse legal, governance and compliance issues with which they are confronted. From recommendations on foreign legal counsels, to streamlining customer-facing legal issues, to advice on legal relationships between shareholders, board members and founders — we stand to inform, consult and mitigate conflicting legal advice.
